I ordered a Mastrum Waxed Feild Jacket and the price and delivery time was very acceptable, i cannot fault this.However, the removable identity badge was missing and so i tried to contact Scotts.No phone number is available, they do not offer post sales telephone support so everything has to be done by email.I emailed asking for a replacement badge to be sent, around 20 hours later i received a response saying i would need to return the item, they kindly sent a returns label.I explained that this was an inconvenience and that the easiest way to resolve this issue was to just send a replacement label.Again around 20 hours later, a response came in saying they couldnt and i had to return the item for a full refund, and if i wanted to keep the item, would need to re-order - this time with a 10% discount.So instead of just sending a replacement label, i would have to: - Repackage the item - Take to a local collect+ outlet - Get a refund - Re-order the coatI called Mastrum and they have dispatched a label to me within hours.I have asked for a 10% discount on the coat as the good were incomplete, but as yet i have not had a reply as the stand 20 hours has not passed!
